DotNot.Solutions is a Business Architecture firm that helps founder-led SMEs across the GCC and India eliminate founder dependency, by installing operational systems, financial visibility, and people infrastructure that allow businesses to run without the founder carrying everything.
We're now building the AI-powered platform layer that delivers this at scale: diagnostic tools, AI-assisted document generation, SOP builders, and operational intelligence for founders who need structural clarity fast.
We're early stage. Fast-moving. Building something genuinely new in a market that desperately needs it.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Fractional CTO / Co-Founder to own the technical direction of DotNot.Solutions. This is not a hired-hand role - you'll be a thinking partner and builder who cares about what we're creating and why.
You'll work directly with co-founders Murshid Basil and M Nasim to architect, build, and ship the core platform. Your code will be the infrastructure that thousands of founders use to understand and transform their businesses.
This starts as a fractional engagement, with the clear intention of growing into a full-time founding role as the platform scales.
