Both founders of DotNot.Solutions previously ran their own startups and watched them struggle. Not because of lack of effort. Not because of poor product. But because of missing architecture.

DotNot.Solutions was born from a simple, hard-won realization: businesses don't fail because founders aren't trying hard enough. They fail because no one ever built the operating system.
02 · THE FOUNDERS
Co-Founder
Murshid Basil is partially ACCA qualified with hands-on experience in the Founder's Office at Kolo, a construction-tech startup, where he was embedded in the operational realities of early-stage scaling. He co-led Headstart Kochi, one of Kerala's most active startup community initiatives, giving him direct access to the structural patterns that appear across different industries and stages.
His approach: diagnose the structural friction first. Build the system second. Train the team third. Leave a business that runs on its own.

Co-Founder
M Nasim brings an ACCA background combined with academic leadership experience in the UAE and deep exposure to financial systems architecture through multi-branch retail restructuring in a family-run business. His work on dashboards, cost control, reporting architecture, and operational performance systems gives DotNot.Solutions its financial intelligence capability.
His approach: if a founder can't see the numbers in real time, they're flying blind. Build the reporting infrastructure first. Everything else follows.
